- Thrivent Financial ROCKs the Park, Chippewassee Park, downtown Midland, MI.
The day begins at 12:00 PM with free admittance to the Chippewassee Park in downtown Midland, MI. K. C. and the Gloworms will be the first musical group on stage, followed by local artists Matt Moore, Muzyka and Pony Baldwin through the afternoon. (may not be in this order)
At 6:00 PM Crimson Tide will open the concert, followed by Lanae Hale and Caedmon’s Call.
Beginning at 12 noon, there will be several inflatable units, rock climbing wall and a carnival and crafts area for families to enjoy. There are no fees charged for any entertainment that day, however, a free will donation is gladly accepted to benefit the ROCK Youth Center, our partner in organizing this special event.
Throughout the afternoon there will be professional skateboarding presentations by Lifted, and other competitions by local skate boarders at Trilogy Park, which is part of the Chippewassee Park area. Door prizes will also be given throughout the day.
